11 Months old and SO POPULAR!!!

This week was so much fun because I got to play with so many of my friends. First I had a playdate with my girlfriends Abby, Dylan and Lilly, only this time they brought along two more friends (and one was a boy!). I had never played with a boy before, but it was still fun. Then mommy, daddy and I went to breakfast with my friend Maya and her parents on Sunday. I love eating at restaurants so I had a great time. A few days later I had a playdate with my new girlfriend Meital who is the daughter of one of mommy's great friends from elementary school. They found eachother on facebook and now I get to play with Meital all the time! She is a few months younger than me but I give her lots of kisses and share all my toys.

I am working very hard at mastering standing on my own. I can let go of my toys and stand for a good 15 seconds if I concentrate. I also celebrated my 11 month birthday with yummy cupcakes and started the countdown to my first birthday.

One relaxing week

Since last week was super packed with parties and celebrations, I spent the weekend with mommy and daddy just hanging out and relaxing at home. Mommy and I had a playdate with an old friend of hers from Solomon Schechter who happens to have a litte baby girl named Meital. We went out for lunch and I loved playing with my new friend. We will have another playdate soon and I promise to get some pictures of us both.

I also want to wish my cousin Lea Yael a very Happy 2nd Birthday. I love you Lea!

Valentines and Birthdays- what a combo!

This week I was a very busy little girl. I celebrated my first valentine's day which turned out to be so much fun. During the day, daddy took me to the Kohls children museum to see if maybe I would like it more than last time and I did! I played at the grocery store and at the potbelly's. I even pretended I was a ballerina at the balance bars. Then when mommy came home from work, daddy took us out for a yummy dinner at a kid friendly restaurant. I had such a great V-day!

Then on Sunday we went to two birthday parties, one for my baby cousin Chani and another for my great-aunt Janice. I got food and cake at both so I was a very happy little girl!

I have been working very hard at standing and balancing on my own. Mommy counted and I went 10 seconds of standing all by myself before falling down. Pretty good, eh? And I am officially getting my first tooth. I kept mommy and daddy waiting a long time, but it's finally starting to come in. Soon I will have pearly whites to show off in all my pictures, so stay tuned!

Just Visiting

This week mommy had to work a lot more hours because she was at a client in Chicago and it is also the beginning of tax season. She had to work on Saturday, so I spent the day with daddy, grandma Terri and Zeida Milton and we visited Bubby Ebner. I loved hugging her and she fed me the yummiest foods. On sunday, mommy's friend Abby and her fiance Jay came over to show mommy Abby's beautiful engagement ring. I got to play with them and Jay even read me a book. After they left, we went to a birthday party for my Grandma Esther. We had a great time eating cold cuts and cake (both are my favorite!) So happy birthday Grandma and many many more!

Bubbies Galore!

This week I got to visit with my bubby, with my cousin Lea's bubby, and my great bubby Rose at bubby Ava's house. It was so much fun playing with Lea Yael's toys and I even took a ride on her bicycle. I cant wait until I have one of my own one day! This week was also special because I officially turned 10 months old. Mommy, daddy and I celebrated with a delicious cookie cake and I really liked it!

But most important this week I mastered walking while holding onto my shopping cart or my pretty little mermaid car (really anything that moves). I am getting really good at walking while holding onto stationary objects too!
